China’s national "AI Plus" strategy takes shape

Beijing is steadily rolling out its "AI Plus" plan across individual industries, and energy has become the latest focus. On 8 May, four Chinese ministries jointly released a plan to mutually reinforce AI and energy, offering the first glimpse of how China will operationalize its AI ambitions. For Kazakh energy suppliers, this is a signal to pursue closer technological cooperation with Chinese partners.
